Please email email@example.com if there are any issues or damage with the product you received, we will do our best to address your concerns. If you wish to return your unopened product and it is within 7 days of your receiving it, please follow the instructions below:
We are not able to accept returns of any product that has been opened or used. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit.

Once you have shipped your product back to us, please also email us at email@example.com with the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for it.
Once we receive your package and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund for the unopened product only.
No shipping charges will be refunded. You are responsible for shipping and payment of the returning product.
Once we receive the returned product we will email you a confirmation notification.
